HE400VG Product Knowledge

HE400VG is a Variable Geometry Turbocharger (VGT) using sliding nozzle rings to alter boost pressure at different engine speeds. The on-board actuator receives PWM signals from ECM, rotating a crank that moves nozzle vanes. Correct calibration is critical—5° error can drop engine power by 30 HP. Always perform actuator initialization with OEM software after replacement.
